This kit will require you to purchase a 500# hydraulic table from your local Harbor Freight.  This kit will require someone with OK mechanical ability and tools.  Please check the video for what will be required. 

This Potted Tree Gadgetry PT Bonsai Cart Kit is one of the only ways to have one of our hydraulic carts shipped that won't cost you an arm and a leg.  The kit includes everything you need to turn a Harbor Freight 500 pound table lift into a perfect bonsai hydraulic push cart.  This kit is built right here in Lancaster County, PA - Made In The USA and the quality shows.

Assembling the kit to the lift table is pretty simple and only a few tools are needed.  There is no need to drill holes, but drilling 2 holes will make the cart stronger and provide additional support.  

  • Big wheel kit bolts onto the current gray colored 500-lbs hydraulic lift table from Harbor Freight ONLY
  • Flat Free 10" wheels never need air and are a smoother ride over rough terrain with minimal bouncing.  These keep their shape and allow you to turn and navigate smoothly unlike air filled tires which flatten under load.
  • Castor style steering operates from the push handle end of the cart where the lifting and lowering controls are.
  • All functions of the original table cart remain.
  • Minimal tools needed for installation.
  • Kit is easily shipped by UPS or USPS
  • Included in the kit:
    •   - Four- Flat free wheels complete with bearings
    •   - Two - Fork and bearing mounts for the castors
    •   - One - Rear mounting bracket for the straight wheels
    •   - All mounting hardware

I’m pleased with the product itself, but I’m very dissatisfied with the description of the product online. The online description clearly states that the kit ONLY fits the 500 lb harbor freight cart. I did not watch the instructional video until after the kit arrived. While watching the video I was informed that I can specify if I want a kit that fits the 500 lb cart OR the 1000 lb cart. I would have much preferred to have a 1000 lb cart because the table length in longer than the 500 lb cart table length.
After unboxing the kit I learned that you guys updated the kit so that it universally fits either the 500 lb or the 1000 lb. This is not specified anywhere on your website (that I can clearly see) and it is not specified in the video.
Next, the video does not describe how to install the updated universal kit.
Lastly, the video described that all the nuts and bolts for the kit are loosened and tightened with a 9/16 socket. It took a variety of different sized sockets and wrenches to assemble the updated kit.
Again, I’m satisfied with the kit, but I’m very unhappy that I’m now stuck with a 500 lb cart because your website failed to mention that I had an option of getting the 1000 lb cart. I would have much preferred to have the 1000 lb cart.
Hopefully Harbor Freight will accept a refund for an assembled cart.

While there is a 1000 pound version that can be custom ordered, we don't sell it.
The kit was also updated to be universal as you stated, but that has nothing to do with the 500 or 1000 lb cart. The universal kit means it will work on all versions of the Harbor Freight 500 pound table (the rectangle and the triangle brackets).

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Plants + Trees Shipping: Shipping may be delayed to prevent the tree from sitting in a warehouse over a weekend or holiday. Most trees ship Monday-Wednesday. We do not ship trees to PO, FPO, or APO boxes. We also do not ship trees out of the continental US or to California.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: All orders (under $99 USD or Wholesale) will be presented with shipping options that are calculated based on the item weight, box size, and distance from our shipping location.  We currently only use Fedex.
Free Shipping: All RETAIL orders over $99.00 USD ship free within the continental USA. Free shipping will be the lowest cost option from FedEx.

In-Store Pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our warehouse. We are located at:

How do I Check the Status of my Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Show Pickup & The Superfly Express

We attend 7-10 shows a year (if not cancelled), mostly on the east coast. Please check our calendar to see if we may be attending a show close to your location, and we can arrange to bring your order for pickup at the show.  No minimum.

We started the Superfly Express shortly after the Covid-19 pandemic started.  We did this as a way to get products to wholesale customers with no shipping fee.  We basically will deliver your order on one of our trips to your area for free if the order is over $1000 and you are close to our route.  We will also deliver retail customers orders over $1000 if they don't want to utilizer our free shipping for whatever reason.  We currently only travel east of the Mississippi river and have 4 routes.
